Does your fitness or leisure facility need qualified and experienced help on the gym floor?I have over 20 years experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.I am self-employed and work on a freelance basis - and you can book me for the hours you need, or the time period required - whether it be by the hour, day, week or month.Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym Level 2).
Certificate in Applied Nutrition & Weight Management.
Yoga Teacher Training Diploma.
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work Certified.
CIMPSA Registered and Fully Insured.My current freelance rate is £16 per hour.
